You will have this entire apartment, balcony and front yard to yourself. The laundry room and backyard are shared with other units.
You will get one dedicated parking spot in the driveway.

My neighborhood, North Park, is one of San Diego’s most historic and funky places to be. It's home to artists, local businesses, a Farmers Market, craft beer, wine bars, sushi spots, handmade ice cream, and your pick of brunch options. Guests love the Hillcrest and North Park’s neighborhood vibe. If you want a bit more, it’s just 3 miles from downtown and The Gaslamp and the Convention Center. Century-old architecture and the ringing of church bells during the day in North Park add to its historic feel. And my house fits right in!
No need to worry about a car. You have your pick of coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques just a few blocks away. Easy public transport is just around the corner, taking you to downtown and all places San Diego. Uber rides are quick and convenient, too, getting you into downtown in less than 5 minutes.
