Nightstands feature charging stations for convenience. 80" Queen Memory Foam Sleeper Sofa Bed in Living Room (let us know if you'd like to use it so our cleaner can arrange the bedding)

* Dedicated workstation includes a comfortable desk and plenty of light and outlet space. High-speed Fiber internet throughout the home to keep you connected.

* No need to overpack! Do laundry when you like with an in-home Samsung washer and dryer. Laundry supplies provided in addition to iron and ironing board.

* 8-20 minute drive to most major San Diego attractions including La Jolla, Coronado, Ocean Beach, downtown, Balboa Park, and beaches. Costco within 3 minutes, shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants easily accessible. Minutes to UCSD and USD.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

-The home is part of a beautiful duplex and has a common front yard with the next door unit. We, the hosts, live in the other unit. The units are completely separate, and you’ll enjoy private access to your own space, including the front door entrance, garage, and fenced backyard exclusive to the unit. While we are on-site, we respect your privacy and are available if you need anything during your stay.

-You have 1 designated garage spot for parking. The garage fits Small and Mid-size cars/ SUVs. Large SUVs and trucks will not fit in the garage and will need to park on the driveway or free street parking available in front of the home.

-There is a split system (A/C + heat) in the living room which serves the unit. The bedrooms do not have an A/C unit but have adjustable ceiling fans and a portable fan is provided. Extra blankets are provided as well.

-ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR LATE-NIGHT GATHERINGS. We are in a family-friendly, residential neighborhood and hope to preserve the peacefulness of the area and be respectful to our neighbors. Those looking for a party house, please look elsewhere. There is plenty of nightlife nearby in Pacific Beach and Bay Park :) Back at home, please be respectful of the quiet hours after 10pm.

-The home can accommodate up to 5 people (there is a daily extra guest fee for the 5th guest which is reflected when you add a 5th person to your reservation).
