- The garage is NOT available for use but the washer and dryer is available in the garage.
- Please do not wear outdoor shoes on the carpet on the 2nd floor as it is brand new.
- No smoking indoors is allowed at any time.

- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property

Location: 10/10. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy drive to San Diego Zoo (20 mins), Safari Park (30 mins), Legoland (40 mins).Beds: 10/10. Comfortable newer memory foam queens in all 4 bedrooms—consistent and great for group stays.Upstairs balcony view: 10/10. Enjoyed stargazing with warm drinks on a rainy, cold evening—perfect vacation start.Bathrooms: 9/10. Double sinks and separated toilets upstairs; one bathtub needed fiddling to hold water.Positives were strong, but several drawbacks:* Poor evening lighting: No lamps/fixtures at kitchen table or main TV room—made games and dinners feel dark.* Very sparsely furnished/decorated; one room echoed loudly with kids playing.* Only 2 couches total (couch loveseat), though photos suggest more.* Master walk-in closet has no hanging rods (other bedrooms do).* No dressers anywhere—had to live out of suitcases.* No coat storage near entry; jackets ended up on floor during rain.* BBQ grill: Only 2/3 burners worked; top rack unstable and poorly maintained.* "Futon" is just an air mattress on the floor (no rug, pillows, or bedding provided—unused for us).* Driveway tight for 2 cars, but safe street parking available.The house feels "in progress"—garage full of extra furniture suggests future improvements. We enjoyed our stay overall (great location/beds), but the small issues added up.Overall: 7/10. Solid but not quite top marks yet.

Overall a great stay, only issue we had was the bathroom showers glass and curtain weren’t clean. You can tell they’re not scrubbed, also one of the pans is wobbly and was very dirty when we used it with egg residue. Other than that everything else was good and clean.

We stayed three nights at this beautiful Tierrasanta home and absolutely loved it. The host was kind, super responsive, and even encouraged us to enjoy the fresh fruits in the backyard. We might have turned into part-time fruit critics after that. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was strong everywhere, even outside. We could have joined a Zoom call under a lemon tree or streamed Netflix from the patio, but thankfully we chose vacation over productivity.The location was perfect. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood but close enough to all the action. SeaWorld is about 10 miles away, the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are around 12 miles, and the airport is roughly 13 miles. If you love nature, Mission Trails Regional Park is practically next door, and for beach days, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, and La Jolla Shores are only a 20 to 25 minute drive away.Stores, restaurants, and gas stations are nearby too, so no one had to panic about snacks or coffee. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would happily return again. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for comfort, great Wi-Fi, and maybe a side of freshly picked fruit with a sprinkle of humor.

High school graduation for our great nephew

The house was very clean and spacious. We did have 10 people and it accommodated us well. We were 1 mile from my nephew and 1 1/2 miles from the graduation venue, so we were pleasantly surprised We enjoyed the view from patio. Weather was great so we could sit outside in the morning with coffee and evening with a glass of wine. Yes we would rent this home again. Ellie stayed in communication with us the whole time. Great Spacious Home

Stayed for 2 nights with friends and was amazed by the adorable exterior and clean, spacious interior! The downstairs was comfortable for 10 guests and had all of the modern features we were looking for- renovated kitchen and bathroom, huge TV, and air conditioning. We loved the backyard and great views from the upstairs patio. The only concern I had looking back was that the stairs had sharp exposed nails pointing out through the carpet. No shoes were allowed upstairs so we discovered quickly where to avoid stepping. Overall, would definitely stay again!

Kinda a strange floor plan but very roomy. Felt very sparse without any artwork on the walls. But very functional for our 2 day golf trip. Excellent TV and good internet.
