„We are a family of four and booked this hotel late in the afternoon while travelling home. We chose a non-refundable rate based on the photographs shown on the website. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong, stale carpet smell in reception. The staff were friendly, but Room 1031 on the 10th floor was unacceptable. It had the same unpleasant smell, no air conditioning in one room, and barely functioning, noisy air conditioning in the other. We were told there were electrical problems and that someone ...

„All good, thanks“

„Check in einfach, reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute Anbindung, freundliches Personal“

Man hatte alles was man zum Frühstücken braucht.

When I mentioned this at check-in, the staff member was genuinely apologetic and kindly upgraded our room. Later that afternoon, we were delighted to find a lovely ...

„Our stay at Suites Milan was excellent! The hotel is located outside the city center, but the price difference more than compensates for taking taxis back and forth—a four-star hotel in the center would easily cost more than double. From the outside, the building looks quite rustic and might give the wrong impression, but once you step into the room, the attention to detail and finishes is impressive, from the comfort of the bed to the spaciousness of the room. Sonst alles super!!“
