"Insgesamt schönes und modernes Hotel. Der Pool hatte während unseres Aufenthaltes geöffnet. Die Liegemöglichleiten sind sehr bequem, aber leider oft komplett besetzt. Handtücher für den Pool sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Wasser im Pool war etwas trüb aber erfrischend. Die Zimmer lassen sich mit den Vorhängen leider nicht komplett abdunkeln und obwohl die Fenster recht gut isoliert sind hört man die vorbeifahrenden Züge. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Fenster im Zimmer müssten dringend geputzt werden. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Tram fährt direkt vor dem Hotel (Linie 3 und 19). Diese kommt aber selten pünktlich und fährt auch recht langsam, sodass man zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten schon recht lange unterwegs ist. Auch der Weg zum Flughafen ist nicht optimal. Nach Termini fährt nur der teure Express Zug. Wir sind schließlich mit dem Zug nach Roma Tuscolana gefahren und das letzte Stück mit dem Taxi. Das war recht angenehm."

"We stayed in Room 124 with our family, including young kids, and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The toilet in our room was not working at all. We reported it, but were told there were no other rooms available to move us to. This meant that any time someone needed the bathroom—including our kids—we had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the public facilities. It was incredibly inconvenient and not what we expected from a hotel stay. No real solution was offered beyond that, and we were left to deal with the discomfort for the duration of our stay. I hope the hotel improves how it handles these situations in the future. Basic amenities like a functioning bathroom should never be an issue. "
