The expansive outdoor deck is the highlight of the property. Furnished with comfortable loungers and a dining set, it's the perfect place to unwind while listening to nature all around you.

You'll be able to relax at a gorgeous infinity pool that was just finished in July of 2025.

This brand new home offers two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with an open kitchen and a beautiful natural teak ceiling.

Step out of the sliding doors onto the huge deck and enjoy fantastic ocean views. You can see all the way to Cabo Blanco in the South and towards Samara in the West.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be moved together to create another king size bed.

The kitchen offers an oven, dish washer and a huge fridge with an icemaker. There is a small laundry area with a washer and a dryer. If you have to work, the home offers fiber internet that allows for videoconferencing.

It’s a quick 5 minute drive down to Playa Carrillo, a pristine beach lined with coconut trees - voted one of the prettiest in Central America.

The road up to the house is steep in some parts. It is well maintained and you won't need a 4x4, but we do recommend an SUV during the rainy season (May-November).
