„This condo is amazing!! The view is just spectacular! There is everything you need and more in the kitchen, the air conditioning in every room works very well and the place is so spacious. We were a family of 8 (2 parents, 4 grand-parents and 2 children (3 and 6 yo)) and everyone loved it! The Beach is only 100m walk away (downhill and up Hill on the way back). Our favorite spot of the trip yet. And the village is close by too. “

„We had a wonderful time at the property. We traveled with two families, each family had a three year-old and a five month old baby. The property was perfect for us. We had so much fun playing in the pool with the toddlers, and there were all of the accommodations that we needed to feel comfortable and safe with the babies. The kitchen was completely stocked and we were able to do all of the cooking we needed. We loved the pizza oven and had a really fun pizza night as well. All the communication ...

„Wir waren für fünf Nächte dort. Ein sehr schönes Haus, abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. “

„Das Apartment befindet sich in einer Villa in der 1 Etage. Von dort hat man einen Blick über 2 Buchten, tolle Strände, wirklich schön. Ebenfalls ist ein Pool vorhanden, der nur für die Gäste ist. Larry und Sherry sind sehr nette Vermieter, haben uns 2 mal zu einem Drink eingeladen. Ansonsten hat man das Gefühl allein zu sein. In Sámara ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen“

„We loved this house and even better the 2nd time. Fresh fruit and coffee on arrival was a nice touch. Leo stayed late and met us at 7:30pm to get checked in. The view and home amenities are top notch. We saw monkeys every day and the scarlet macaws flying down valley. Can’t wait to go back!! “

„Casa pastor liegt in einem Wäldchen hoch oben über dem Strand von Samara und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht und die Isla Chora. Alles ist sehr großzügig und gemütlich, super eingerichtet mit allen was man braucht. Unbedingt zu empfehlen wenn man gerne etwas Ruhe hat und inmitten der Natur sein möchte. Wir kommen wieder.“

„Really enjoyed our stay at the home. Well appointed and stocked…beach chairs/umbrella, plenty of towels, kitchen goods. Incredibly clean for a home in Costa Rica. Pool and outdoor space was amazing…the landscaping makes it feel extremely private. Walkable to great restaurants and 5 minutes to the beach. Will not hesitate to come back to Casa Fischer!“

„This property was great for our family. A quick walk to beautiful Playa Pelada and the tide pools were outstanding. You could take a short walk on the roads or the beach to restaurants and a wildlife refuge. We had a blast and would love to go back some day!“

„The condo sleeps 6, has three bedrooms and two baths. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms but not the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances. Stacey is amazing, kind, and very responsive to all needs. All bedding needs to be updated and you need to purchase extra toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. There is a lovely patio, pool, and the friendliest residents you will ever meet! There is a laundry facility on site.We had a wonderful time and look forward to ...

„Large, clean, and centrally located. Nice size bedrooms, enough room for the 5 of us to live together comfortably. A/C works great. Walk to the beach in about 5 minutes through the center of town. You can also walk to all the restaurants very easily in minutes. Recommended. “

„We stayed at Casa Blanca for a week in May 2025. Property is better than the pictures, clean and very well-maintained. High-end neighborhood, with security visible around the neighborhood. Lots of wildlife including monkeys, birds and pesotes roaming around the property. We were a party of eight adults and there was plenty of room for everyone, with one bedroom we did not even use. Pool is in great shape and was serviced twice during the week. House cleaners came by and cleaned inside and out ...

„We were a group of 6 adults working remotely and enjoyed our stay. However, there were some maintenance issues and while the pool is shared for set hours each day, other guests constantly came before and after them. There is some preventive maintenance and things to update, but if you're chill it would be. good place and if there is an issue they are quick to address it. “
