"First stay here and overall was good. Rooms are specious and ok, only bathtub (jacuzzi) on the balcony is a lil joke as its quite small. Breakfast is ok for 4 star hotel. Area is good too, close to the beach with some Restaurants. But main language in that area is Russian, just so you know! ;) Special thanks to khun Kwan who made our stay even better."

"Ich fange mit dem negativen an. Wir hatten ein Zimmer bei Gebäude 5. Auf dem Weg dorthin mit dem Rollstuhl musste man mehrere Stufen überwinden. Generell ist die Anlage nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer gut geeignet. Ich musste hauptsächlich den Weg nehmen wo die Buggys fuhren. Für so ein teures Luxus Hotel schwer verständlich. Es hätte genügend Platz für Rampen gehabt. Das fand ich wirklich ärgerlich. Nun zum positiven. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und das Personal richtig professionell und sehr freundlich. Das Essen hatte eine gute Qualität war aber etwas teuer. Der Sauna war Rollstuhlgängig."

"Anlage am Strand , aber liegen zu wenig Vieles wurde sehr gut renoviert oder völlig neu gestaltet. Fahren schon seit 18 Jahre ins Pinnacle und werden auch in Zukunft dort Für uns hervorragender Ausgangspunkt zum Golfen"

"It’s a hotel for Chinese tourist. Breakfast was very poor quality and behaviour of other guests really bad. They have smoked in the room and as all air cons are connected, our room constantly smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast very boring and plane, only Chinese food. Hotel staff didn’t do anything when we have mentioned about the smoking. Rooms were ok. "
