Generell ist die Anlage nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer gut geeignet. Ich musste hauptsächlich den Weg nehmen wo die Buggys fuhren. Für so ein teures Luxus Hotel schwer verständlich. Es hätte genügend Platz für Rampen gehabt. Das fand ich wirklich ärgerlich.

„It’s a hotel for Chinese tourist. Breakfast was very poor quality and behaviour of other guests really bad. They have smoked in the room and as all air cons are connected, our room constantly smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast very boring and plane, only Chinese food. Hotel staff didn’t do anything when we have mentioned about the smoking.

King Balcony room was very comfortable, free mini bar stocked daily.
Excellent staff, quick to respond to all requests.
Swimming pool has separate kids play area, good for sunset.
Several bar restaurants and beach a short walk, also the marina wall walk.
Bang Saray restaurants only a 15-20 drive.

Das Hotel liegt aber ein bisschen Abseits und ist ohne ein Auto oder ähnliches schwer zu erreichen. Insgesamt aber ein wirklich gutes Hotel.“

„Positiv: eines der beiden Zimmer wurde von Deluxe auf Superior upgegradet.dieses war den Preis dann wert. Für das einfache Zimmer war der Preis zu hoch.
Negativ: check in und Check out waren umständlich und langwierig. Nachts mussten wir noch die Klimaanlage reparieren lassen, was aber immerhin geklappt hat.
Das Hotel wird offensichtlich hauptsächlich von Busrundreisenden benutzt sie nur eine Nacht bleiben.“

"First stay here and overall was good. Rooms are specious and ok, only bathtub (jacuzzi) on the balcony is a lil joke as its quite small. Breakfast is ok for 4 star hotel. Area is good too, close to the beach with some Restaurants. But main language in that area is Russian, just so you know! ;)
