The area offers many tourist attractions such as the beaches of Marsala, Scopello town, the saltpans of Trapani and Paceco, the Zingaro nature reserve, the beautiful medieval town of Erice with its stunning views, the old town of Trapani centre filled with great restaurants, the temple of Segesta, the archaeological site of Selinunte and the beautiful valley of the Temples of Agrigento.

Villa Pigna is located near Salemi, in the Trapani area.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, with large terraces and a private swimming pool.

The villa is composed of a main house plus an annex and it develops over two levels.

MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor we find a large living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas, a dining room with table and chairs and French doors that open onto the garden, kitchen and one bathroom.

On the first floor, we have two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with bathtub and another bathroom with shower.

ANNEX
Entrance on the first floor where we find a sitting room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers beautiful, large and covered terraces, perfect for al-fresco dining and a patio with pergola. The beautiful garden filled with Mediterranean plants and flowers has a private swimming pool (6x12m; 1.2 – 2.5m deep) which can be heated on request (Open from 01/04 to 10/11
