„I can't complain the staff i encountered we all friendly event security. I didn't have them clean my room during my stay. But i did ask for fresh towels and got immediately. Rooms clean views lovely easy to get taxis if not driving. If you up for it walking distance from most hot spots and food.“

„I would not recommend anyone to stay at the Emerald Beach Resort. They did let us check in an hour early which was the only good part about the stay. We arrived on 5/27 and the 1st night my daughter was bit by something and her upper lip was swollen. We were told by jalonna we had to check out and wait for the room to be inspected before we could get another room. Essentially we lost 4 hours of time in our room at the resort.
