„Das Hotel als luxury hotel zu umschreiben, ist sehr weit hergeholt. Die Zimmer sind schlecht gepflegt und derart dreckig, dass es uns ekelte, irgendetwas abzulegen. Die Ablagen, Schraenke und Nachttische waren mit Staub ueberzogen. Selbst das upgrade in die naechste Kategorie, zeigte die gleiche Unzulaenglichkeit, so dass hier das Management dringend gefordert ist, diesen Mangel zu beseitigen. “
