Welcome to our newly renovated home in Saginaw, MN! It's conveniently situated just 10 minutes from Cloquet, 15 minutes from Hermantown, 15 minutes from Proctor, and 20 minutes from Duluth.
This fantastic space is perfect for the whole family, featuring four rooms: three bedrooms and an office that can accommodate a baby. We provide a pack and play and high chair for your convenience. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with king beds, while the third has two twin beds.
Upstairs: You'll find the office and a bedroom with a king bed, a spacious living room with a lovely fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, a free washer and dryer, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Downstairs: There are two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. Enjoy a large living area with another beautiful fireplace, as well as a gaming area with a foosball table.
Please note that the basement is only accessible for able-bodied guests, as it requires climbing stairs and accessing an egress window in case of an emergency.
Ample parking is available for guests, but please be aware that the garage is off-limits.
Our home is conveniently located next to the Caywood Country Store, which offers a large parking area.
