Welcome to our spacious 3-bed, 2-bath home in the heart of central Roseville. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it offers a perfect blend of comfort and charm for a relaxing family and pet friendly stay. Close to Downtown Roseville/Vernon Street, Historic Old Town Roseville, @The Grounds Event Center (1.5 miles), Placer County Fair Grounds, local shops, parks, trails, this location can't be beat. Tucked away in a quiet family friendly neighborhood, we have some of the best neighbors in town
Our newly updated home features 1 CA King, 1 Queen and 1 full/double bed, and 2 full bathrooms. A fully stocked spacious kitchen and great room make it the perfect space for relaxing with family, cooking together, playing games or watching movies. With a large backyard you can really enjoy the outdoors watching the kids and pets run and play. This home features gorgeous large windows from the kitchen and dining area into the backyard bringing in so much natural light, with a fully fenced yard for privacy.

7. Family-Friendly: Ideal for families, our home is spacious and relaxing, making it a comfortable and safe space for guests of all ages.
There are STAIRS from street to front porch access, although you can avoid the stairs by parking in the driveway and crossing the front lawn to enter the front door. You may park in the driveway or the 2 car garage. If needed you may park on the street directly in front of the home but will need to use the stairs.
The driveway is a bit steep and curved, so please enter and exit VERY SLOWLY as to not hit the curb, rocks or bottom of your car as you come in and out. Any damage done to the property will be charged back to the guest. Please proceed slow and carefully.
Just a short distance to Downtown and Old Historic Roseville featuring small business shops, coffee shops, restaurants and nightlife, nearby parks and creekside biking/walking trails, all add to the charm of this central location. ⧫ Again, there are stairs from street level to front door, but can be avoided by entering through the driveway. ⧫ No Smoking ⧫ No Candles ⧫ No Parties, no unregistered guests ⧫ Quiet time 10pm- 8am ⧫ Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is before 11:00 am ⧫ Please do not forget anything in the home, we cannot ship items left behind ⧫ Pets are allowed with a $100, non-refundable fee per pet ⧫ Landscaper comes unannounced every Friday and will enter the backyard ⧫ We do not provide pack-n-plays or highchairs due to frequent safety recall of children's items ⧫ 2 Smart TV's are provided, but guests are required to sign in their their own streaming services, NO cable TV is provided. ⧫ Fire place is NON operational and for your safety, it is strictly against policy to attempt to use it it anyway. ⧫ We are located fairly close to HWY 80 and some ambient traffic noise can be heard from the backyard or with the back windows open. ⧫ Ring doorbell/camera located at front door and driveway, outside the home.
**Please note all stays over 30 days require a monthly cleaning, paid by the guest at our current standard cleaning rate. Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at at time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.
We are best reached via the booking platform messaging. Please note that late night calls will not always be monitored as our check in windows closes at 11pm. If you choose to check in past that time, you may not get immediate assistance. Please reach out via messaging after hours and we will do our best to have someone assist you.
