„Very close to everything “

„We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night. “

„Die Pool-Landschaft ist gut, Pool-Bar ebenfalls. Das Hotel bietet ausgesprochen große Zimmer, jedoch...sieht eher aus wie ein SEHR renovierungsbedürftiges Jugendhotel. “

„Wichtig: es gibt hinter dem Hotel (andere Strasse) einen Parkplatz. Am besten wenn man gleich zu diesem Parkplatz geht, um das Gepäck auszuladen. Das Früstuck ist zwar inbegriffen, aber sehr „continental“. Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit Wasser zu kochen um Tee vorzubereiten.“

„I loved my stay here and will definitely be coming back the rooms were clean, staff are friendly and they have a lot to offer in the hotel. The only issue i had through out my stay was having to wait 30min-1hr if I needed anything to the room like towels. I would have to keep calling every 30-40 minutes and I work in hotel As a front desk agent it shouldn’t take that long everyday. But other than that I loved it and will be back soon.“
