Ein großer Lob an dem Nacht Concierge, der immer hilfsbereit und fürsorglich ist. Un hotel molto elegante in una posizione tranquilla e stupenda. Il bagno in camera un po' piccolo ma pulito. Il personale è tutto gentile. Un riconoscimento particolare al Concierge di notte sempre gentile e premuroso“

„Ich erhielt ein Upgrade zum Schwesterhotel Savoi in Genua. Ich war früher ca. 12:30 Uhr dort und konnte ohne Probleme ins Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Check-in und im abendlichen Restaurant! Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit aller Ausstattung. Super gutes und frisches Frühstück. Kostenfreies W-LAN. Sehr zu empfehlen.“
