„Everything was perfect and the room are big enough,they feed you and they are friendly, the only issue was make sure that you don’t pay online when you booking because I don’t know where the money goes, we had to pay again at the hotel and claim your money back which doesn’t make any sense, ather than that it’s perfect for the price “

„The house is a 15-20’ walk from the center. Difficult to communicate with the lady (no French, little English) but her husband speaks fluent French. Excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room.“

„Great and quick communication with the hotel before arrival. I wrote them saying i wouldnt arrive until 1 am and they said no problem and assured me they would be waiting for me. And gave me the names and contact details of the staff that would be there. As taxi was dropping me off the security gate opened with the guard and young man welcoming me. And then the lady came out to welcome me as well . Arriving in kigali for the first time at 12 am it is nice to stay at this place not too far ...

„Beautiful hotel well located for hikes in the area. We stayed in the large cottage which is a very nice spacious option for families. Staff was very kind and accommodating (always went the extra mile) and as others have noted the food was really excellent. Light and healthy and tasted very fresh—the best food we had in Rwanda. “

„We had a lovely, comfortable stay here. The breakfast is the best we had in all of East Africa! Unfortunately, there was a construction site next to our room and it was quite noisy. Also, the bathroom lighting was so low you could barely see and the shower was handheld, so not easy to use“

„The place and hotel room is generally clean. But the room can become stuffy easily. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good value for money considering the price.“

"We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay in what is probably one of the most beautiful hotel complexes in Kigali in an excellent location. Special mention must be made of the extremely friendly and thorough cleaning staff and the attentive and consistently helpful restaurant staff. We enjoyed the breakfast to the full, it was incredibly tasty! The rooms were cleaned twice a day, fresh drinking water was topped up regularly, and at the end there were great surprises such as a fruit basket, a handwritten card and more. A super sweet idea that we were very happy about. A gym that left nothing to be desired, two great pools and an extremely tasteful design rounded off the whole thing. Thanks to the Heaven Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, we had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful country and will definitely recommend the hotel complex to others. And all this at an absolutely fair price."
