„The property was conveniently located and the staff very helpful but we were disappointed by the menu as we were looking forward to steak. Also the gin selection was poor and the scrabbled egg at breakfast was such that we decided not to eat any. Normally a hotel of this standing would offer fruit with breakfast but there were no healthy options in our opinion.“

„Beautiful gardens and lovely terrace for drinks. staff were fab, special thanks to Stuart on reception for being polite, attentive and very professional. Imanii, in Sencha, the asian themed restaurant was super polite, warm and welcoming and gave good recommendations as to the food we were ordering. she worked hard to keep everyone served quickly and professionally. “

„Staff was helpful and acoomodating, location was handy next to a run of restaurants across the street for late dining. Parking was available across the street though the parking in the hotel space was limited. The room was clean and pleasant and the location was perfect for a visit to Warwick Castle, and all round a very pleasant stay! “

„Hotel was lovely looking and the room was nice too. However, we paid a rate that was supposed to include breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. The food looked like it had been there for ages and I paid for an actual breakfast. We weren’t told there was no chef until we went down for the meal. I feel we should have been charged less as at no point were we told that ...
