„Staff was helpful and acoomodating, location was handy next to a run of restaurants across the street for late dining. Parking was available across the street though the parking in the hotel space was limited. The room was clean and pleasant and the location was perfect for a visit to Warwick Castle, and all round a very pleasant stay! “

„Exceptional quality stay, very very clean, quiet, tasteful and comfortable. Only thing to note, is that the staff do not readily offer information e.g. simple reception info like where the wifi code is, what time the pool opens and closes, what time breakfast is/and where - or reminder of the exit code. No one serving at breakfast or letting you know you can order different eggs from then already laid out buffet. They were helpful and really nice when asked, but a bit of a chore when you go ...

„Das Telegraph Hotel befindet sich im Gebäude der ehemaligen Zeitung Evening Telegraph von 1957 mitten im Zentrum von Coventry und ist mit Abstand das schönste Hotel, in dem ich seit vielen Jahren übernachtet habe! Das gesamte Haus wurde sorgfältig renoviert und im Stil der Modern der 1950er/1960er Jahre eingerichtet mit zahlreichen Anklängen an skandinavisches Design und Reminiszenz an die ehemalige Zeitung. „Hotel was lovely looking and the room was nice too. However, we paid a rate that was supposed to include breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told that the chef wasn’t in work that day so the only things available was panini or toasties out of the coffee room. The food looked like it had been there for ages and I paid for an actual breakfast. We weren’t told there was no chef until we went down for the meal. I feel we should have been charged less as at no point were we told that ...

„Super helpful and responsive pre check in. Seamless stay. I actually had a different hotel booked originally but cancelled on them as they had me on hold and talking to centralised call centres - just to see if any possibility I could check in early or get keys early - which they couldn’t give any form of reassurance or guarantee. The Dakota however sent a personal response to me straight away and were highly accommodating. Great base for a wedding or event“

„This was a real surprise. Fabulous, friendly staff and a spacious and airy venue. Our twin room was very clean, quiet and comfy. We ate in the bar and the food was good. Although there is tea and coffee making facilities in the room, the bar offers comfy seating and complimentary hot drinks and cooled filtered water. We had a great walk in shower and all the staff were efficient and helpful. Parking is free via a supplied code. It's an ideal venue if you go to the cinema or a show on the campus ...
