Spacious 4-bedroom waterfront home located on beautiful Roxbury Pond. Our cove offers a quiet sandy beach front perfect for the kids! Great place for swimming, fishing, boating as well as watching eagles, loons, cranes and moose from the screened front porch. The porch also provides for a relaxing morning breakfast, mid-day lunch and spectacular sunset views during dinner. The sandy beach provides plenty of digging area as the shore leads to a gradually sloping swimming area. It's excellent for children. A short wade into the pond you will encounter the thrill that "Big Rock" has to offers. A fun full day of diving / jumping for both the young and young at heart!

Pot/pans/bowls in a variety of sizes, including a large lobster pot. Cooking tools for both inside and out.
