„Lovely place, very cleaned everything you need except shampoo but I brought some. Beds and couches were comfy. Walk to the pond was a bit farther than expected but a nice walk and the view was perfect . Close to town and grocery store we enjoyed our stay. “

„We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. “

„We had a relaxing and comfortable weekend away. Quiet and peaceful and we loved the hot tub! Cabin was very homey and clean. “

„We rented the house with our our daughter, husband, and their 4 month old baby. Two of our friends also came up and there was room for everyone comfortably! The house is right on the lake and when weather permitted we spent most of our time on the dock and swimming. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and on the deck to cook and share meals together. There was a separate dining area we used for a game room. There was really no reason to leave the property, but we did venture to the Casino ...

„This was our second time staying here. We really enjoyed our stay again!! My husband is originally from Fryeburg, so we come back often to visit friends and family. This is our favorite place to stay! It's extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts are wonderful! Very attentive and always respond quickly. It is in a great location with beautiful views all around.“

„The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. „Went up in a groups of 4. Everyone had a bed to sleep on, stocked with plenty of necessities, and was the perfect location for our ice fishing trip. Plenty of ice on the lake and we got into a couple of lake trout. Great place to stay.“

„Place was great. Good views, close to south ridge, Matterhorn, etc… hot tub and sauna are a great addition. However the check out time is a little early, which would be the only negative. However it’s at the top of a hill. Bring your 4x4 or you might have a problem in the winter. “
