„One of the best boutique hotels we ever stayed. Check in was quick and easy, instructions are clear. The properties are big giant houses well preserved. Interior design is modern and tasteful. Our room is not boutique at all. We have a full function living room with to single couches and a big TV. A full bath room with a big claw foot bath tub. „Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel und in dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nie gereinigt, trotz unserer Reklamation am dritten Tag! Wir mussten jeden einzelnen Tag für Shampoo, Bodylotion und Kaffee bei der Reception nachfragen. Der Papierkorb war überfüllt, das Bad nicht sauber, die Betten nicht gemacht, einfach nur ärgerlich!!!“

I loved that I got a text asking how my stay was throughout the visit and to shoot them a text if I needed food recommendations nearby. We loved our room too! Historisches Hotel in zentraler Lage

"Das Hotel aus den 1930er Jahren ist sehr schön im Art Deco Stil gestaltet. Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit der kostenlosen Metro, die ebenfalls nur 100 m entfernt ist, zu erreichen. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber etwas abgewohnt. Die Klimaanlagen sind sehr veraltet, lassen sich nicht abstellen und rauschen rund um die Uhr wie ein Wasserfall. Der Service an der Rezeption, die teilweise noch nicht einmal besetzt war, war zum Teil unerträglich. Sowohl unfreundlich als auch unprofessionell. (Mit Ausnahme einzelner Mitarbeiter tagsüber)."
