Some of the bedding in the upstairs activity room had some stains on it, the wine cooler in the kitchen had some damage to it, the floor board in the kitchen by the dishwasher was coming off, the back door handle came off when coming inside (later secured by my husband) and the hot tub had quite a bit of debris in it. I noticed many things that were broken and or damaged and when renting a property I do not want to be billed for pre- existing issues. It made me kind of ...

„It was sad that they didn't have any place to store your bikes safely. The garage that we had heard from the property owner about, it was not there. Only outside where you had to have your own lock and it really was not secure. So that would be nice knowing that heads up. Especially since they have so many wonderful biking trails and it's well known for that. But otherwise we loved our stay!“

„We chose this property solely based on proximity to family. It’s much like a hotel room and had all the basics of one. It was very clean. The only downside is that the lodge itself was TEEMING with people. We arrived Friday night and there were two separate events taking place, lots of noise and the parking lot was FULL. Saturday there was a wedding and while we were gone for most of the day, we found the parking Lott FULL again upon our return. There does not seem to be enough parking in ...

„Beautiful & simple condo! It’s stocked with all the basic essentials you need. We ate in for all our meals, and was able to get by with what we had and a skillet we brought from home. We like the easy access out the side of the building. Our family of 4 stayed for two nights, & we all enjoyed our stay! Kids loved the smores at night & peacefulness of Suncadia! We will be back. “

„My kids and i had an amazing time! The home is SO beautiful. We did alot of cooking there so it was as nice that they had a full kitchen with cooking pans, utensils, coffee, etc. Property was beautiful. It was fun cooking in the fire pit outside and they even had smores roasters hanging on the tree by the fire pit. 10/10“
