Gut: Sauberkeit, Personal & Service, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Nice Hotel in the most interesting part of Rome. We went there by train and tram from the aiport. It‘s super convenient and just a short walk from the station.
After that we were able to walk all over rome by foot, starting from the hotel.
The room is big - we had one facing the street which is noisy. I brought earplugs and it wasn‘t a huge problem.
The breakfast is good. I didn‘t understand all the options offered in the menue - the buffet itself already offers a lot for european standards. Breakfast service was okay.
The food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant are pretty good. Service there was excellent and very friendly.
Just one thing I didn‘t understand during my stay: If you empty up an item in the bathroom, you have to ask for it to be replaced. Which I found a bit weird - maybe it‘s for keeping environmental standards but to have to ask everytime feels odd.
I also asked for a pillow option. There seemed to be none since I got the same pillow I already had delivered to my room. However on the last night, a different pillow magically appeared in my room and bingo - wish I would‘ve had it earlier. ;)
All in all a pleasent stay and a perfect spot to explore the city.
