The facility was plain and clean. The caretaker was pleasant and attentive to the facility. I paid for the room nights through Hotels.com in advance but when I arrived and very tired they insisted that I had not paid and insisted that I pay for the stay in cash so I did. The next morning I verified on the app that I had paid and it said I had paid in full. The manager contacted the owner and said I needed to take up get a refund from hotel.com not the B&B. I contacted Hotels.com and they confirmed that I was paid in full and that the facility should reimburse not them, but I was told hotels.com would check into it and call me back and they verified my phone number. Now 36 hours later I have not received a call.
