This place claimed to be a “16 minute walk” from St.Peters Basilica which was NOT accurate. It took us over 30 minutes walking to get there. Sistine Chapel was a “16 minute walk” and it took 40 MINUTES. Such a joke. We got this place thinking that we were going to tour everything walking distance and that was not the case at all.
Another thing the shower flooded all over the restroom and they only gave us 1 large and 1 small towel for me and my husband. I reached out to the lady and thankfully she responded but she never delivered the towels. The following day I reminded her that I didn’t get the towels and she had me dig into a dirty closet for the key to unlock the towel closet.
The keyless entry was more of a hassle than a convenience. I sent my husband the link and he was never able to access it through his phone.
The room itself was nice and clean. I really liked the towel warmer.
Their espresso machine was also not working and when I went to see if it needed water and it was full of mildew. No thank you.
Overall the room itself was perfectly fine except for the shower situation but the location is NOT that close as it claims. So please BEWARE
