Very unpleasant!
The Domus Ludovisi staff made our stay at Rome very unpleasant. When we arrived on Friday afternoon, the lady there told us, that there had occurred a problem with our room and that we ad to spend the night (the first of two) at another hotel. She brought us to a hotel next to Domus Ludovisi where they gave us a tiny room with just a small window to the staircase, so there was basically no daylight or any fresh air and the lady told us to came back after breakfast to check in. When we arrived next morning at Domus Ludovisi, there was another lady and she told us, that check in was at 2 o’clock. We tried to explain that we had arrived already yesterday and that we should have been in our room since then but the lady just didn’t care at all and told us, she didn’t have time for our room, she had to do the breakfast. We do not complain about the night in the other hotel though it was unpleasant because we understand that problems can occur. But ad least we would have expected from the Domus Ludovisi staff that they try to make our inconveniences as little as possible. But as far as we experienced, they will not care for you at all.
