First Light has single floor living (except the laundry in the basement) with a shared hall bathroom. It has a queen bedroom, king bedroom and a bunk room with three twin beds.

The cozy living room has a large tv, plenty of natural light and board games, along with an AC unit in the window. It's adjacent to the well equipped eat-in kitchen.

Parking for Three to Four Cars. No smoking. No events or parties.
