„New build or newly remodeled. Condo was spacious and just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Kitchen lacked some basic equipment such as a pasta strainer and a wine opener (thankfully we had one with us). Would rent again. “

„The property is nice, the shower water pressure amazing, the decorations are adorable. Spooky theme but not scary. The beds were comfy and the air conditioners kept us cool during the 100 degree weather. I was able to walk to has station for snacks and found a great bakery down the street, recommend the bizmark any flavor. Also there is a nice little italian restaurant god take out by Collins Beach. We could have walked to Salem for the shipping but was too hot. We found it close to Salem so ...

„We had a family wedding in Beverly and needed a pet friendly House as we have 2 dogs that go everywhere with us. The House was great, plenty of room for all of us, very roomy, and comfortable rooms , comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning as it was a scorcher one day, so close to everything, parks, stores, Salem Center, coffee shops, restaurants, and the wedding venue. Meg, property owner was incredible, stopped by to meet us, made sure we got in OK. Just a great get-away for all of us. ...

„Great host -- very communicative. Large, comfortable house with many amenities and a fantastic kitchen. We brought in a private chef for a special meal after a memorial service and appreciated the large dining room table that accommodated all twelve of our family members (only five of us stayed at the house, but there would have been plenty of room for almost everyone!). Perfect location and very easy to get around.“

„Great little place tucked away and quite. We had our morning coffee on the deck then walked down to collect sea glass.Great spot, not too far from downtown either for dinners etc. We would come back again!“

„Property overall was very good. Only real issue was the balcony screen doors screen was ripped out and the door did not lock. Would recommend.“

„We took the train from Boston to Rockport (approx. 80 minutes travel time/cost $2.40) and reached the cottage on foot in 10 minutes. We were warmly welcomed by Janet and Mike. They were also reliable contact persons during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cute little cottage was completely as advertised. We had everything we needed for our stay. We were also given helpful information about things to do and see in Rockport. The nights were very warm but the air conditioning worked ...

„Really enjoyed our stay. The property is walking distance to all sites and Salem amenities. The property manager company certainly went “all in” with the decor! They were also generous with foods available (coffee, etc) in the apartment.We suggest stopping at a proper grocery store prior to arrival however, because there is a bit of a food desert around the house (more convenience shopping than groceries)Thank you for making us feel welcome“

"Gutes Motel, kurz vor Rockport. Sehr netter Empfang. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig okay. Leider war die Klimaanlage in der Nacht sehr laut."

"Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl. Bei jeder Fahrt hatte man das Gefühl, dass ein Zug ankommt oder losfährt. Auch die Vibration war zu spüren. Schlafen war deshalb kaum möglich. Das Zimmer war rollstuhlgerecht. Wegen der Nähe zum Fahrstuhl und der damit verbundenen Lautstärke ist das aus meiner Sicht eine klare Diskriminierung schwerbehinderter Menschen. Solche Zimmer dürften nicht vermietet werden. Wer Schlaf sucht, sollte ein anderes Hotel buchen."

"Zimmer in US-Standardgröße. Nicht verwohnt. US-Standard Ausstattung im ordentlich gutem Zustand. Hatte eins mit 1xQueenbett. Ist ein richtiges Hotel, kein Motel, also Zimmerzugang innen. Haben meinen Wunsch nach Zimmerwechsel wegen lauter Außenventilatoren entsprochen, obwohl gut gebucht. Top. Aufzug. Genug Parkplätze. Wurden bei mir nicht extra berechnet. Frühstück über Starbucks muss einzeln bestellt werden. Aber Dunkin'‘Donut ca. 3-5min. zu Fuß oder 1,5min. Mit dem Auto auf dem Weg nach Boston. Liegt direkt an einer Einkaufsmall. Fürs Heimatgefühl gibt es dort auch ein Aldi. Einige Restaurants fußläufig oder in wenigen Autominuten von Fastfood bis Normal. Leider kein Zimmerservice. Findet man leider immer öfter. Ca. 30-40 min oder länger nach Boston Downtown, je nach Verkehr. "
