„Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.“

„The price for the property and its location were definitely positives. The property is in need of a good scrubbing inside, some wall patching, and paint. I did not observe a CO monitor or smoke detector even though there was a pilot on the fireplace and a gas water heater. „A bad made noise headboard hitting against the wall. The Jacuzzi tub jets did not work too good in it. The blinds on the sliding door needs to be replaced. Construction was going on while we stayed there. Replacing gutters had to come through our room to get to the roof interrupted my nap. “
