The Neighborhood:

This condo is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge, TN! You really can't beat the location! You can walk to tons of activities, including dining and entertainment. The Pigeon Forge Convention Center is right next door! You are located right on the Little Pigeon River, which flows right out of the Great Smoky Mountains. It offers great trout fishing, so don't forget to grab a daily fishing license! This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over, no problem!



Getting Around:

We always recommend a vehicle but you can walk to tons of activities located in Pigeon Forge, TN as this location is as good as it gets!



Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this condo

• This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum

• Condo is easily accessible via flat, paved city roads and parkways

• 4x4 is recommended only if you plan to explore mountainous areas beyond Pigeon Forge

• Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate from October–March, depending on the weather

• Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided

• Bring your own coffee for the regular drip coffee maker

• Closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center — easy walk

• Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes near the end of August (dates may change without notice — controlled by HOA)

• Any maintenance or amenity closures are determined by the HOA and may happen without notice

• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• The HOA does not allow the use of extension cords to charge golf carts, motorized scooters, or similar vehicles. The HOA reserves the right to impose a $500 fine for failure to comply with HOA rules.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.
