„Room was clean but provided no blankets for the pull out sofa. The water took forever to get hot and never quite felt hot enough. “

„Where do i begin, first day found a roach in the fridge and it went downhill from there there was so many roaches everywhere they had someone come move the fridge and spray that made them angry i guess one literally hitched a ride home with me, the place is not the cleanest the pool and hot tub were disgusting, fair warning they do not do anything for you they claimed they take the roach thing seriously and i have not heard a thing back from them since first contact it was a horrible stay ...

„You cannot do better for a Universal vacation! The location was perfect, with a free shuttle or a 10 Uber ride. It made theme park days sooo much easier than I was expecting. The condo is a perfect amount of space for a family of 3-4. It was really great to have a pool. We used it often! “
