„What a wonderful and unique stay for our family road trip! After many hotel rooms, our cabin at Avila was a fun stay. This is mostly an RV park, but it's quiet and friendly with several cabins to rent. We were a bit confused, thinking we had booked the Hot Springs cabins. But there is a great pool, trails, and other fun activities.“

„We loved this place! Exactly as advertised and the owner instantly answered all our questions. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen and we were able to cook many meals here and saved hundreds of dollars on dining out costs. The hub tub in the back was an added nice touch and we enjoyed it every night. Finally, this house was ideal for our medium size dog. She loved the back yard and was very relaxed here. „The location of this condo is unique in that you are not directly looking down on the beach and parking lot due to a roof of the lower condo in front of the 2nd floor patio, but directly onto the ocean beyond the beach. It gives it a more secluded private feeling while being in the middle of everything at the tiny beach town of Cayucos, which we loved. The condo has everything we needed. „The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition. “

„This unique property was very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. Close to town yet surrounded by nature. Tons of space made it easy to spread out or to be together at the large dining table or the beautiful living room. I love this area and would stay here again!“

„The cottage was exactly as described / photographed. Checkin was easy (we received a door code the day before check-in), and having a dedicated parking spot really streamlined the load-in. The entire house was clean and well laid-out. Communication with our host was pleasant and prompt, and they were very accommodating. The area felt very safe, and we loved walking around the local shops, cafes and restaurants. The farmer's market on Monday is worth your time as well. I'd certainly stay here ...

"Auch zu später Stunde wurden wir von der Rezeptionistin sehr freundlich empfangen und mit zwei leckeren Cookies überrascht. Der Zimmerwechsel war problemlos möglich und das neue Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, im charmanten Landhausstil und sehr ordentlich. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren kleinen hübschen Komplexen, wie z.B. dem Haupt- und dem Mühlenhaus, was zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre beiträgt. Zur Weihnachtszeit war das gesamte Hotel wunderschön dekoriert und insgesamt sehr sauber. Direkt vor der Anlage gab es ausreichend Parkplätze und das hauseigene Restaurant."
