Covered By Faith Rentals is proud to offer the Blessing House. Having the ability to walk to St. Mary's or the Clinic is a blessing in itself. Also having restaurants, a mall and grocery stores close by is convenient. Only a couple of blocks off the main highway 52 make this house easy to find and get to. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. 1 king bed and 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds. 1 queen bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs. There is a full sized couch and TV downstairs as well if you can't do steps.

Pets are allowed in the house with prior approval and paid pet fee.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids, and also some paper plates for you to use due to the lack of a dishwasher. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. There is a smart TV in the master bedroom and a DVD player.

In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. A fan. There is also a full sized couch that reclines on both ends and TV with a dvd player.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school at the house.

Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through Airbnb when the house is available for you.
