„Perfect location near family in Rogersville. Quiet, clean and beautiful views. We stayed at the farmhouse during the 'cold snap' of Christmas week and the farmhouse was warm and cozy. Had a water issue related to the freeze which was promptly addressed by host. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely choose the farmhouse again.“

„We had a wonderful stay at this home. We had several hiccups in our trip and the host was so great helping us! The house was clean, very nicely decorated. Awesome location on the water. I will say if you are bringing a boat, talk with the owner about bringing it down the drive. It's down a hill with a circle drive in front of the house and pea like gravel. „We stayed for five days (my wife, myself and our dog) in order to attend our daughter's wedding. We hosted a small Bachelorette party at our house and everyone had a fabulous time. We didn't get to sight see much, but did sample some awesome mexican food from just down the road. Although there are some dilapidated homes in the area, we never felt unsafe and downtown Athens is literally a five minute walk from the house. Greg was very helpful during our stay. The Starecase (and only the staircase) had a very mouldy smell - so hold your breath if you use the stairs. The fire alarm went off at 5:30AM on our 3rd day and the fire bregade and police didn't show up - it was a false alarm triggered by new ovens in the kitchen we suspect - but the managers were shocked that the alarm didn't trigger the Fireservice and Police so I figure they will do ...
