„Property looks ok, Staff, customer services was a shamble. My intercom was nonfunctional, after serveral request for it to be fix, it wasn't fixed for the duration of my stay and without an explanation. Towels were never available when needed. Receptionist were non interested to request. Its was so disappointing. “

„I made a reservation and paid in dollars. When I got to the hotel, they didn’t not find my details. It took about 20 minutes before they could find my booking information. I went out with my friend for dinner and returned to see that the hotel staff were looking for me. I was then told that they mistakenly billed me over N621,000 instead of N63,000 (Nigerian currency) (nearly 400 dollars). They now asked me to send them an email for a refund, I insisted it should be them sending me an apology ...
