„This place is a great, fun, hip place. Great location. Clean rooms , pool is lovely and lovely, friendly staff. Great view of the River near the pool at night. The reason I have 4 out of 5 is because the dining service needs to improve. There was not a proper menu to order dinner from the vip lounge upstairs at night. „Amazing staff, clean rooms“

„Excellent Customer Services.“

„The facility was under renovation so I got there and could not check in, very unfortunate and inconvenient.“

„The hotel is at a very good location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. But the AC in the room I stayed didn't work as well as the Wi-Fi. The room I reserved online was sold out before I arrived in spite calling the hotel that I was coming. I was given the only available room which was at a higher rate. “

„We got to the hotel on 17/5/2025 and was embarrassed because it was never booked before our arrival. Please kindly refund me. Thanks “
