The villa features five uniquely designed bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. The master suite and the maisonette have also bathrooms with bath and showers. spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, an infinity swimming pool, and curated wellness, wine, gastronomy, and bespoke experiences designed for a refined countryside escape.



The Space:

The villa is designed across two floors with spacious common areas and private suites. The first floor includes a welcoming entrance hall, a spacious living room, a professional kitchen with ample storage, and a large dining room with a fireplace connected to an outdoor patio for al fresco dining. Two separate entrance suites with private bedrooms and bathrooms are also located on this floor.



The second floor features a living room with a library, antique fireplace, and integrated self-service mini-bar. Accommodation includes a two-bedroom suite, a one-bedroom maisonette, and a generously sized suite, all with private bathrooms.



Outdoor spaces include lush gardens, surrounding forests, and a spacious infinity swimming pool with a wooden sun deck.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire villa, including all indoor living spaces, dining areas, professional kitchen, gardens, forests, infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining patio, and outdoor kitchen island with BBQ. Guests may also use the electric mountain bikes, yoga mats, board games, telescope, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and Wi-Fi internet.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in a peaceful hilly area surrounded by forests and private woodlands in Tuscany. The nearby villages of Riparbella and Montescudaio offer a quieter and less touristy atmosphere compared to other parts of the region. The property is also within proximity to Volterra, San Gimignano, and the Tuscan Coast known as Costa degli Etruschi. The surrounding area offers opportunities for nature walks, horse riding, wine experiences, and cultural excursions.



Getting Around:

The surrounding forests and countryside can be explored on foot, by electric mountain bike, or through horse riding experiences. Private transfers and chauffeur services are available upon request.



Other Things to Note:

The property accommodates up to 10 guests with a minimum stay of 4 nights and is open year-round. Daily housekeeping service, daily room refreshment, concierge support, complimentary refreshments, filtered drinking water, and a welcome aperitif upon arrival are included. A complimentary biodynamic wine tasting is also provided. Pool heating, private chef services, chauffeur services, transfers, and additional bespoke experiences are available upon request for an additional cost. A final cleaning fee of 500 euros applies.
