We present our one-bedroom apartment on Via Lungomare, just a few steps from the beach and the heart of the town, perfect for fully enjoying the unique atmosphere of summer holidays in Il Cavo. We offer our guests discounted ferry fares, issuing the ticket ourselves with Moby or Toremar, where the discount ranges between 20% and 30%, or we provide a link with a discount code allowing the ticket to be issued independently, also for low-cost companies like Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a condominium and consists of a spacious and bright double bedroom.

The living room features a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to comfortably accommodate up to four guests, making it ideal for families or small groups.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, and all the necessary utensils to cook easily during your stay.

The property also features a furnished balcony, perfect for outdoor dining.

Bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented upon request at a cost of €40 for the double bed linen set and towels. The linen must be collected from our office in Portoferraio 7 days before arrival.
