„The location is great where there is a grocery store across the street & your 5 minutes walk to Copacabana Beach. You're also close to the metro station. The hostel is very clean. There are stairs to enter the hostel. It can be loud outside as you're on a busy street, but you're in a central location. The hostel has 2 bathrooms & sometimes individuals will spend time changing in there, doing their make up and you'll have to wait to brush your teeth. I don't know if you can tell people what not ...

„Staff and service were very good and helpful! Free Caipi is available from 20.00-20.30, either in the Ipanema Beach Hostel or in the partner hotel directly opposite. Room condition and cleanliness in the rooms was ok but could be improved, but this certainly depends on the number of people in the 8-bed room. The shower/toilet situation is a pity as it is located directly in the room and is very small. The toilet in the lobby is also very small and mostly dirty. The beach location is amazing. ...

„The location of this hostel is fantastic, and the people here are incredibly helpful and kind. However, I wouldn't choose to stay here again due to a few drawbacks. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue—while the downstairs washroom was clean, the upstairs shower area was in bad shape, and the shared kitchen was quite dirty. The property is in an older building tucked behind a condo, and it lacks a social atmosphere. It was also a bit uncomfortable having people sleeping on the couches in the main ...

„It's hard to find cheap double rooms in Rio. For a price of 100 reais (or even more) you often get a dusty, dirty and ultra-small room with unacceptable or non-existent breakfast. This hostel was a nice exception. Yes, the room still was ultra-small. But on the other hand it was very clean and the aircon was working well and silent. Even the breakfast was better than average and at least offered cheese and ham together with fresh fruits. We also got free towels (though we had to ask for them) ...

„This was a great first stop in Brazil! There is nothing like starting your journey out in prayer and greatfulness on top of their private mountain with sugarloaf Christ the Redemeer and the other side of the city all within a turn. There are many reading nooks across the property to calm down after all your adventures. The entire was clean and the sheets even had a faint smell of bleach meaning you know you are in a good place. Even the matresses were clean. They have frozen meals for purchase ...
