The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The home sits steps from Sandy Beach and check in was a breeze. We’ve appreciated the consistency of this property over the years and will be back again next year! .“

„My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Casa Canal! It was everything we imagined. A villa enjoyed by all ages. My 9 year was very excited for the pool! Stu met us for our check in day and he walked us through everything including showing us all the rooms. Location is great and so private. Love how the beach is just walks away. It truly was a relaxing stay. Thanks again for your hospitality and will most like stay here again!! Already have friends asking for contacts of future stay!“

„This villa is amazing. Absolutely awesome! We loved every minute of our 6 night stay. Kalea and Santos made it such an enjoyable experience. Even when the A/C crapped out in our bedroom, they had it fixed immedietely, plus there are tons of fans to keep the air moving. Such an awe-inspiring amount of love and work went into the building of this structure. Santos, take a bow sir. I am saving my pennies and counting the days until I am back in that hammock on the front porch!!“

„The description of Tranquillo is spot on. We travelled with 2 families, 4 parents and 4 kids ranging in age from 9-15. The house is comfortable and spacious. The pool and outdoor grilling area far surpassed my expectations. Rincon is a great area to travel with family or friends. I highly recommend this property. „We visit Rincon every year now for the past 12 years. Villa Descalza was the perfect location for peaceful mornings and evenings spent on the patio with view of the ocean. „We arrived to find a fantastic residence. Lots of room to stretch out and relax on the back deck with great views. Short walk to beach , but do realize this location is on a hill so the walk is steep. We loved our location and took several day trips to check out waterfalls, other beach areas, etc. the team was super responsive with any issues or questions that arose and otherwise everything was very clear and easy!“

Beautiful property, great location, clean
"The property is newly renovated and the common areas look beautiful! It has a large parking, great restaurant, a few other eating locations around and a great location - you are at a beach or regional road in no time! You can even see the ocean from the property, as it is located on top of the hill. The late check in was almost like a treasure hunt, so much fun! They sent us an email with instructions where to find which item to check in (map, key etc)...and then tmrw morning we officially checked in with the documents. :) The only thing which can be improved is that in the room 4 at least, the shower is super small and the curtain is too large, so it sticks on you while taking a shower. Anyhow the bathroom is tiny by default (which cant be changed easily), but at least showering experience can be improved. Otherwise great pool, hot tub, atmosphere..."
