Designed with a minimalist style and comfortable furnishings, this one-bedroom unit features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop and cookware, a dining table, and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for additional guests. Air conditioning is available throughout the entire unit.

Private Pool & Outdoor Living
Enjoy your own private plunge pool, exclusively for your use and NOT shared with other guests! The pool is conveniently accessible from both the bedroom and living room, creating the perfect setting to unwind after a day at the beach.

Location
Located in Sea Beach Colony, a peaceful residential community on a dead-end street with beach access just one block away. Enjoy the convenience of being close to Rincón`s beautiful coastline, restaurants, and local attractions.

A rental car is highly recommended.

The entire suite and private pool are for registered guests only. Our team is just a phone call or message away if you need assistance.

Important Notes
The property has a backup generator to provide electricity during power outages.

We provide only a starter supply of toiletries and essential household items upon arrival. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
