The hotel was okay overall. Some staff members were really friendly, while others seemed less so—perhaps due to a language barrier. We weren’t allowed to check in before 2 PM, and initially, they wouldn’t even let us complete the paperwork. At exactly 2 PM, an alarm rang and only then were we allowed to check in. They hadn’t even checked beforehand if the room was ready, which felt a bit unfriendly and odd. The room itself was small and a bit worn. It was close to the hallway, and we could hear everything—lots of people walking by and talking. The location is central, which is convenient, but it’s near the train station, so the area felt a little dirty.

Average hotel. Okay for one night in Milan. Parking facilities are very limited: You have to be lucky to be able to park your car within the hotel premises. No valet parking. Breakfast features a wide range of choice while quality is average. In the rooms it is noticeable that the hotel is not aging well. Lacks of maintenance, especially in the bathroom. Nice and cool temperature even in summer, but while the a/c can be switched off, the ventilation cannot - which can be uncomfortable at night. Ambiance generally nice and pleasant scents in room and lobby. The lady at check-out was very kind and professional, which cannot be said of the colleagues we met at check-in. All in all: Not terrible, but you might find better options at better locations.

Super schöner Blick von der Rooftopbar (die Bar selbst allerdings war wegen des schon kühlen Wetters geschlossen). Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundlicher Service. Zimmer sauber; gute Beleuchtung im Badezimmer.Fussläufig ins Zentrum (20 Minuten zum Dom), gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Insgesamt sehr schöne Unterkunft . Die einzigen negativen Aspekte waren die Tatsache, dass es aufgrund der lLage nachts etwas laut war (vielleicht gibt es aber auch Zimmer mit Lage zum Innenhof); und das Bett war nicht so super bequem. Würde immer wieder kommen!!
