„Location was good. 20mins drive from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and 5-10mins walk to Grand Batam Mall, 15-20 mins walk to BCS Mall. There are many eateries around. The room was spacious and clean. Though the furniture is a bit old, they are functional. The negative point is the bath tub. The design is not good as the water from either the shower head or the waterfall head will have some of the water onto the bathroom floor. „Sehr schönes Hotel im alten Stil. Riesige Zufahrt und Lobby. Zimmer ebenfalls geräumig. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Sehr nette Bedienung. Sauber und gepflegt. Einzig die Lage ist nicht optimal. Zum Zentrum und den Restaurants ist man auf eine Fahrgelegenheit angewiesen. Sonst sehr zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung absolut perfekt.“
