„The hotel is alright, a bit noisy due to the street but not too loud. What was disappointing is the performance of the service staff at the reception. Bad English and no clue about the check in and out procedure at all. Getting a correct invoice with the right address seems to be more difficult than flying to the moon. “

„Rooms are large and clean. The check in was smooth and easy despite some issues with the room access card. The team managed the issue in no time and was proposed a new room with higher standard than my original room. The hotel is accessible by the subway (2 major stations are at 10mn walking distance)“
