„The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What ...

„Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental.“

„The Potomac was the perfect place to host my family for a holiday gathering. My teens shared the bedroom on the third floor and had their own bathroom. My mom took one of the two suites. And my wife and I had the second master suite. The first floor was large enough to welcome 6 more guests for two days of food, family, and fun. The home was well appointed; the kitchen stocked. We took advantage of the complimentary Netflix subscription and backyard. The hosts even decorated for the holidays!“

„The house was in a great location in Arlington, close to the bus line and a short ride to the national mall. The house itself was great with plenty of room and areas for us all to get together. Kitchen was well done, well stocked with top line appliances. There see re two outdoor seating areas which we used every evening. Overall we would highly recommend the property. “
