2-Zimmer helle schicke Wohnung DC 20min, IAD 10min, Metro

Bright two-bedroom upper townhome in Reston with a private entrance, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, workspace, and convenient access to Dulles Airport, Reston Town Center, Lake Anne, neighborhood shops, and the Silver Line. One queen bed and two twin beds provide fixed sleeping space for four. Maximum occupancy is five; the fifth guest may use the standard living-room couch, which is not a sofa bed, and no extra bed or separate bedding setup is provided. Guests use the upper two levels. A separate basement unit has its own entrance with no shared interior access; some sound may travel between levels, so quiet hours are 9 PM–9 AM. One reserved parking space is included. Additional parking is limited to community spaces clearly marked non-reserved/open and is first-come; towing rules are enforced. Bedrooms are upstairs.
