„House is so spacious and beautiful. Riaz is very prompt with his responses and accommodating to the changes with my reservation. Check in, check out and house rules are very clear and given in a timely manner.There are plenty of amenities in the home.It took us a bit to find a safe way down to the river but once we did, it was beautiful and fun for the little ones. About a 30 min driving distance to Lake Tahoe and/or Reno. Would definitely stay again!Thank you Riaz. “

„The were a lot of positive things about the property. The location was great, right between Northstar and King’s Beach. It was big and looked better than the pictures in real life. The kitchen was a good size and was well-equipped. However, it definitely needed some TLC. The spout in the bathroom kept falling off and the pull out bed was broken. „We had a very good three night stay at this home. There is a good view of the lake through some trees and you can see to the south side of the lake. The vaulted wood ceiling in the living room is great! Two balconies are good as well. The only minor problem was we thought there was a TV in the living room, but instead the family room had a TV. We would stay there again.“
