Genießen Sie die unglaubliche Aussicht auf die Marina von diesem Haus! Das Hotel liegt am Ufer des Pot-Nets Bayside, diese spektakuläre Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder, einen Outdoor-Veranda mit Blick auf den Jachthafen und weit offen Wohnbereiche, die die Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer kombinieren. Werfen Sie einen 5-minütigen Spaziergang entlang der Marina Promenade zum beliebten Paradise Grill zu bekommen. Pools, Strand, Tennis und Spielplätze sind vor Ort. Boots-Belege sind für Miete bei $ 40 pro Tag zur Verfügung. Ein Golf-Auto ist mit dieser Eigenschaft enthalten, ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Kinder sind willkommen und so sind Haustiere! (Siehe unten für unsere Pet Policy) Tolle Lage für Kajak und Stand Up Paddleboards! Es ist eine kurze Fahrt zum World Famous Baywood Greens Golf Course (10 Minuten), den Tax-Free Tanger Outlet Center (20 Minuten), und die malerische Innenstadt Bereichen Rehoboth Beach und Lewes (30 Minuten).

Wir haben eine 7-Nächte Mindestaufenthalt während der Sommersaison. Check-in bei 4.00 ist an Sonn- und Check-out ist um 10 Uhr am Sonntag. Wir haben 2 Nächte Mindestaufenthalt zu allen anderen Zeiten des Jahres.

Bleiben Sie mit uns für 7 Nächte und erhalten Sie den kostenlosen Lifestyle-Paket! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in the best location possible in Pot Nets bayside. It is a super close walk to the Paradise grill, but also not too close. It was quiet at night inside the home when sleeping, but if you go out in the porch in the evenings you can still hear the bands playing at the Paradise grill. The rooms are very large and it’s a great setup for big family gatherings. The driveway was large enough to hold 4 cars, and there is overflow parking nearby (you get two tags for overflow parking). The 2 pools were very nice. The beach does not allow dogs. There is a dog park located near one of the pools that was quite nice. Things I was very happy to have and didn’t realize: the home had its own shed and you have access to a golf cart that can hold 4 people! This is so much fun and makes getting around the community so much easier! Just be aware that there isn’t a way to know how much battery life it has, so keep it charged up and don’t go out for too long. There is also a grill in the shed which was nice for cooking - the home has grill utensils also, and it comes with two propane tanks. The boat docks are right out front of the home. You can rent them for $40/day if you give advanced notice. Things to know before you go so you know what to bring: definitely bring bug spray for the porch! Lots of gnats and mosquitoes. You will be supplied linens, but you will need to put your own sheets on each bed when you arrive. The fans on the porch don’t work, if you have a small fan it may be nice to bring it along for the porch to blow the bugs away. You will be supplied toilet paper and some extra as well. They have cleaning supplies available in a cleaning closet including dish soap - so you don’t need to bring that. No beach towels, chairs, or beach toys provided. No toiletries provided.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

The combination on the door wouldn't work and we were locked out for an hour while security tried to figure out how to get us into the house. The house lacked some useful things like plastic wrap, foil, etc. One of the window blind wands in one of the bedrooms did not work and one of the window blinds in the front had a broken slat. We like that linens are provided and we love the porch!

Most times the pictures on a site are stretched to make it look larger than it is but in this case the home is much larger inside than it appears online. Our family is already planning a return trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Mist is a beautiful house. Clean , comfortable,and set up with every convenience. Debbie iis a top notch agent who explained the rental process clearly and immediately addressed any concerns or questions. The front porch is heaven! Rooms are large, beds very comfy, and furnishings are too. We loved our stay and will definitely return. The community offers enough to keep all ages busy, even teenagers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our home was amazing and in an amazing location. Deb is the rental agent, she is top notch. She was very responsive and very helpful. We had a few minor issues that for the price we paid I wish we didn’t have. The central air was very dirty and wasn’t working my daughter actually cleaned the filter and we were back in business. A 4 Person Golf Court came with the rental I think it should’ve been bigger and the battery died on us four times while we were in the park. And the home could of been cleaner but we took care of that as well. Other than those two issues we had we loved it so much that we are looking to possibly purchase. If not purchase we will definitely be back next year

Enjoyed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! We also really appreciated being able to bring our two dear dogs with us. Very pet-friendly and we all enjoyed the front porch, especially. Just beautiful! The golf cart was an extra bonus!
