When you arrive, every bed will be made with fresh linens, and each guest will have a clean bath towel waiting—so you can drop your bags and start your vacation right away.

Inside, the home is designed for both comfort and convenience. The island kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, with seating available at the large dining table or outdoors on the shaded patio. The living area is filled with natural light and features a cozy gas fireplace and streaming-ready TV, perfect for evenings with your loved ones. While the Salty Sands rep went above & beyond to help with my issues. The owner of this property needs to maintain it and be held accountable. The house needs a deep deep clean throughout, bed spreads need to be replaced in Master & upstairs bedrooms, air vents need to be cleaned, blind slats need to be replaced in main living area, outdoor patio and deck areas need to be power washed. It's a large property on the bay and could be first rate, but it needs cleaning and proper maintenance. The actual owner has not yet given me the courtesy of a direct response and its now two weeks since we checked out.

Relaxing on the Bay

Our stay began with an HVAC issue that made things a bit challenging at first, especially since we had traveled several hours to celebrate my mother’s 62nd birthday. It was a disappointing start, but thankfully, things turned around.The home is truly beautiful and had everything we needed for a special family trip. We all had a relaxing time. Most of all, Zach was fantastic, kind, responsive, genuinely attentive to our needs and a blessing. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, and we truly appreciated his support.Thanks to his help, we were able to enjoy our time together and create wonderful memories.
